Don and Billy would come down to my upholstery shop and shoot the shit. I would tell them my latest joke and always get a good laugh from them. Don would call and ask if I could get a fabric for him and check on prices and so on. Best of all, I used to love him tell stories of the Barn, his dad, and Jerry Lee too. My mom, Connie (Bright) Meyers, told me stories about her days, cut asparagus at there farm. Plus, Don would flick ashes into the mail container, of my grandmother, Joanna Bright. He said it would make her mad as all get out. SO many good memories of Don. Glad I got to visit him a few days before he passed. Had a good visit. Joked around a lil bit and he thanked me for stopping by. Said I didn't have to, but I said, no way in heck, I wasn't going to see my friend. Thanks for all the memories, take care on the other side. Your friend Randy Noblitt.
